  • Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to provide coverage: 1 Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinic
  • Average Number of Outpatients per day: 10-15
  • Average Number of Inpatients per day: 0
  • Patient Population: Adult & Hospital-Based

Required Procedures:

  • Conventional Radiotherapy
* 3D Radiotherapy

  • External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
  • External Beam Radiation - IGRT
  • External Beam Radiation - IMRT
  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery
  • Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
  • Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Required Duties:

  • Ordering Tests
  • Ordering Images
  • Prescribing treatments

Credentialing Timeframe:

  • Medical Staff will credential by the start date; payer enrollment: 120 days

Reimbursement of Costs:

  • Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage billed at the IRS standard rate
  • Travel policy is flexible with preferences or additional caps

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology - REQUIRED
  • Michigan State License - REQUIRED
  • BLS Certification - REQUIRED
