Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Technical .NET/AWS Production Support Lead" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Role: Technical .NET/AWS Production Support Lead

Experience: 10+ years

Location: We are ideally looking for candidates in and around Fort Mill SC to work at the Client site in a hybrid model (3 days per week)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Participate in project design walkthroughs sessions. Analyses the interrelationships between applications. Provided required KT/KEDB articles to the team to understand the flow of the applications.

· Learn the latest emerging technologies in market to help clients with cost and performance of the application.

· Involve in deployment planning during the CRR & Walkthrough's and co-ordination, during the deployments with cross Commits. Handles the changes for production environment and maintain that the newly added components / modules won't affect the performance of the existing system by handling various production releases.

· Improve the health of system assets by identifying enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and resource consumption using the various diagnostics tools. Prepare Sumo logic queries to run the performance test for an application to identify any performance issues. Pulls the thread dumps and memory leaks for the applications for the further diagnostics.

· Works with the project team/product owners and business to fully understand project concepts and requirements to support the production implementation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
