Duties
  • Utilize the Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS) to review records processed through the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
  • Create inventory schedules of individual property book accounts to provide account holders an electronic hand receipt.
  • Monitor work orders for modification, installation, relocation, removal, etc. to ensure expenditures are entered correctly.
  • Assist Property Book Officer (PBO) with auditing property transactions to ensure proper justification.
  • Maintain audit trail of Depot property using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
