Cutting Edge Contracting is looking for motivated individuals to help generate business for our top notch sales team.

The main responsibility of this position is to help generate leads for the nonstop construction season here in the Portland/Vancouver area.

Helping with additional peripheral marketing tactics is also an option. We provide on the job training for marketing, basic sales and scheduling. Opportunities for advancement and full-time employment are available.


Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and outgoing person interested in developing marketing, sales, or construction business experience.

The job comes with advancement opportunities and high commission potential with proven success in generating and qualifying leads/prospects through various methods.

You will be setting an appointment time for a senior project manager to go over the specifics of our services.

Previous experience is a plus. Trade knowledge and training will be provided.

We bonus on a per appointment / qualified lead basis.

Job duties include:

  • Canvassing & Talking to neighbors of current clients near active job sites
  • Talking to potential new customers
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handing out flyers
  • Attending home and trade shows with our sales team to generate leads
  • Take drone photos and videos of in progress and completed projects
  • Help take photos and videos to create social media posts for branding
Full time & part-time positions available.

We are looking for 3-4 candidates only that are looking for a position with high commission potential.

Pay is a base hourly wage plus bonuses We provide on-the-job training

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have own transportation

Good interpersonal & communication skills

Able to walk for 6-8 hours in a day
