As a Human Resources Manager at Street Toyota, your responsibilities will include aiding in the hiring and onboarding process, processing various payrolls throughout the month, accounting for the company's payroll activities and benefits, overseeing employee records management, maintaining employee relations, and more, This position offers a competitive salary of $21 - $25 hourly and the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain various programs including recruiting, hiring, promotion, and termination processes
  • Onboard new employees
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing for hourly, salary and commission employees
  • Oversee employee records management and HRIS maintenance
  • Employee relations
  • Benefits administration
  • Reconcile monthly employee benefit invoices and payroll schedules
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations Qualifications:
  • Accounting background preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Must be able to work on-site at dealership.

This is NOT a remote position Compensation:
$21 - $25 hourly
