You will plan, direct, and conduct complex programs and projects in resource management to evaluate ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operation.
You will perform a variety of administrative, analytical, evaluative, technical, and advisory services for AC/S G-F and program managers regarding functions of position management, training plans, and budget matters.
You will collaborate and coordinate with servicing Human Resources Office (HRO) on civilian personnel related matters to assist AC/S G-F managers and supervisors with HR actions, procedures, requirements, and to resolve management problems.
You will review requests for personnel actions and facilitate the coordination of distribution of the directorate's classification actions, and develop alternatives to meet workload requirements.
You will compile statistical data and supporting documentation to justify requests for special salary rates, retention bonuses, special recruitment methods, etc.
You will be the oversight and final authority for the Training and Travel Program.
