Senior Corporate Attorney – Oakland County, MichiganA national business law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its expanding office in Oakland County, MI. This role is well-suited for an attorney who enjoys partnering with companies on a variety of transactional, operational, and strategic legal matters.Position OverviewThe attorney will support a broad mix of corporate work and will collaborate directly with business owners, executives, and in-house teams. Responsibilities may include:Guiding clients through business transactions, including purchases, sales, restructurings, and investment mattersPreparing and negotiating corporate agreements, commercial contracts, and internal governance documentsProviding ongoing advice on corporate operations, compliance, and organizational structureHelping manage the progression of deals from initial discussion through closingThe role offers consistent client interaction and the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters independently.QualificationsIdeal candidates will bring:6+ years of experience in corporate or transactional lawStrong drafting and negotiation skillsThe ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and a collaborative working styleA strong academic backgroundExperience contributing to client development is a plus but not mandatory.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $240,000 – $310,000, depending on experienceEligibility for performance bonusesComprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional employee programsAbout the FirmThe hiring firm is a national, full-service law practice with multiple offices across the United States.
