Job Opportunity: Martial Arts Program Manager/Instructor

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Freedom Martial Arts

Starting Pay: Base $31,000 + Commission (Potential yearly pay up to $120,000)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Program Manager to join our team. This dynamic role includes:

• Teaching martial arts classes with energy, positivity, and professionalism (training provided).
• Building relationships with students, parents, and the community to foster growth.
• Driving enrollment by converting prospects into members.
• Organizing events, tournaments, and summer camps.
• Assisting in operations such as instructor training, customer service, and lead management.
• Promoting merchandise sales through FreedomActiveApparel.com.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Martial arts experience is a bonus, but on-site training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
