The Growth Marketing team at Maison MRKT is at the intersection of marketing, product, and data science. The work of the Growth Marketing team is vital to growing both the Maison MRKT portfolio and the top-line business growth for the company.


As the key client-facing team within Maison MRKT, the Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving performance acquisition and retention goals through a broad range of strategies. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will leverage a wide variety of methods to drive outsized growth for Maison MRKT’s clients. You will partner closely with cross-functional client teams in Digital, E-commerce, Marketing, and Design. This role utilizes a strong analytical background with a passion for executing scalable media strategies. Success in this role means maximizing the value of our digital media investments in order to drive impact for the Maison MRKT roster of clients.


What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute best-in-class digital strategies to achieve acquisition and retention goals leveraging paid media tactics 
  • Manage ad creatives, audiences, and campaigns across channels to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation 
  • Work closely with data to build program features and creatives that enable a scalable acquisition program
  • Research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritize the most impactful strategies, and evaluate data science requirements for program deployments
  • Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes expertise in tracking, audience creation, measurement, attribution, optimization, and automation across an owned roster of clients


Desired Skills:

  • Experience or interest in working with platform partners such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Video Ads, Display Networks, TikTok Ads, and other relevant paid media channels
  • Analytical and data savvy marketer
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights and data to inform growth strategy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact; ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several clients and organizations
  • Highly organizational to manage shifting deadlines across your portfolio of clients
  • A willingness to take on new and exciting projects in the quickly changing digital landscape 
  • Passion for Maison MRKT portfolio clients a plus
