About the Role: As the Manager of Central Sterile Supply, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of sterile materials, instruments, supplies, and equipment used in patient care.



Responsibilities:


  • Manage personnel in the sterile processing department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the preparation and dispensing of sterile materials
  • Supervise operating room activities



Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a course in sterile processing required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sterile processing and/or operating room
  • Previous supervisory experience required


Licensure and/or Certification:

  • Sterile Processing Technician from IAHCSMM or CBSPD required
  • Sterile Processing healthcare leader certification strongly preferred


Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Data processing experience required
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Computer skills required
