About the Role:

Insight Global is seeking a Billing Specialist Leader to join the Corporate Office Team in the Atlanta area. The candidate will be managing the specialists who are responsible for invoicing our clients timely and accurately. The leader will support their team by addressing and responding to escalated customer inquiries and as well as providing a high level of customer service. This could be anything from facilitating a direct call with the customer to spending time preparing and providing regular external customer reporting based on the situation. They will also work closely with multiple teams within Insight Global including both the Sales team as well as the Timesheet Verification to resolve any issues or identify and implement process improvements. The Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist Leader will also be involved in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff for the department.


What You’ll Do: The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and background resolving customer invoicing disputes for a team of people. The Billing Specialist Leader will spend time working together with their staff, with other teams, and with other leaders, as well as on calls with customers. They will have weekly 1x1s with their direct team members to discuss performance feedback and goal planning. In additional to the personal and professional development meetings, each week the Leader will run aging report update meetings with each of their team members to identify additional areas of support needed or teaching opportunities on unbilled timesheets or open invoices


What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• -1+ years of recent experience in a Lead/Team Lead or Supervisor Role

• 1+ years of recent experience managing and supporting a team that specifically handles Customer Invoicing Dispute Resolution for the purposes of cash collections

• 1+ years of recent experience with Invoice Reconciliation Management

• Experience driving team metrics and KPIs

• Strong customer service experience both written and verbal

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Experience working in Excel with pivot tables, V-Lookups, Concatenate, and other formulas

• Attention to Detail necessary -Highly skilled in organizing and prioritizing
