We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a talented Fractional CFO to join our team. As a fractional executive, you’ll be crucial in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring optimal financial health.
Position Summary:
The Fractional CFO will work part-time or on a project basis, providing strategic financial guidance and expertise. You’ll collaborate with our leadership team to make informed decisions, optimize financial processes, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Investment Planning: Lead the development of investment plans and financial models to support fundraising efforts, including the upcoming seed round.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the creation of accurate budgets and financial forecasts, including projected staffing costs, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Financial Reporting: Review financial statements, analyze performance, and communicate insights.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Investment Decisions: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with investors, board members, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Location:
- Flexible (remote or on-site, depending on the candidate’s location).
