We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Strategy and Governance organization. In this role, you will be a key contributor in driving process optimization, managing strategic initiatives, and taking ownership of data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, program management, and will excel in financial analysis and modeling, operating independently to deliver impactful results


What you'll do


As the Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following::

  • Process Excellence: Lead efforts to streamline and optimize operational processes across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity, leveraging your financial analyst skills to develop models for process improvement.
  • Management: Take charge of strategic initiatives, including SAP integration and SOX audit, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery while providing financial insights and analysis.
  • Performance Analysis: Proactively monitor and analyze key business performance metrics, including OKRs, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, utilizing your financial acumen to provide valuable insights.
  • Decision-Making: Proactively identify and measure trends by providing timely and relevant data to support strategic discussions and actions, synthesizing messaging for the senior leadership team with a focus on financial implications.
  • Improvement: Implement a cycle of continuous improvement, where data analysis drives the evolution of business strategies and operations, utilizing your expertise in financial modeling to drive efficiencies.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of achieving operational excellence.
  • and Program Management: Strong program management skills, with a history of successfully managing complex initiatives and projects.
  • Acumen: A solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze financial data, with expertise in financial modeling.
  • Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools and software, as well as a strong technical background.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Improvement: A history of driving process improvement and simplification in complex environments.
  • Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align operations with overall business goals.
  • in SAP Integration and SOX Audit: Previous experience in SAP integration and SOX audit is a significant plus.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
