One of the largest banks in the country is searching for a Financial Representative to join their Mobile Banking team 100% remotely from the Raleigh, NC area. This position will be responsible for maintaining and servicing financial accounts, reviewing/processing standard documentation, and supporting customers via phone and email channels.


This opportunity to support critical account operations at a tech-forward, industry leading bank begins as a 6-month W2 contract through the end of the year that offers full benefits and the potential to extend or convert to permanent employment.


**This role requires on-site work in Raleigh, NC 1-2 times per quarter. Candidates must be local to Raleigh, NC**


Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound communications via phone and email channels to service accounts, fulfil requests, or address issues as needed
  • Support customer inquiries as they relate to mobile banking platforms
  • Triage and resolve customer issues while escalating complex disputes
  • Support clients and internal departments via phone and email channels by providing operational guidance in accordance with industry regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Handle standard documentation activities such as processing, reviewing, distributing, and organizing materials


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services
  • Inbound Call center experience
  • Strong understanding of financial regulatory requirements and deposit operations
  • Proficiency of mobile banking platforms
