Position: Control Wiring Line Supervisor

Pay: $25.00+ (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM


Position Description:


  • Wire, assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment.
  • Create daily work schedules, follow standard manufacturing procedures, and monitor work to meet product specifications and production targets.
  • Manage and oversee all operations activities; ensure that all operations functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established operations procedures and requirements.
  • Perform assembly as required. Perform all assignments within acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements in keeping with assigned functions.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by electricians and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Train electrical staff, including on-the-spot coaching, when identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that work is performed safely and that proper use of PPE is adhered to in the area.


Position Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in computers and office software.
  • Superb leadership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be able to read & speak in English Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
