Director of Digital Operations

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Digital Operations to oversee the seamless execution and management of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape and experience in managing web developers, advertising companies, mobile applications, and web directories. This role requires excellent project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all digital platforms, including the company website, mobile app, and web directory.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (developers, marketing, IT) and external partners (advertising companies, agencies, etc.).
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to website development, updates, and maintenance.
  • Manage the mobile app's lifecycle, from development to ongoing updates and feature enhancements.
  • Oversee the functionality and performance of the web directory and ensure its content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure seamless ad integration across platforms.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track performance metrics for all digital platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams as needed, troubleshooting issues related to digital tools and systems.
  • Ensure that all digital systems comply with the latest security standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Track performance analytics for digital platforms and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing digital operations, including web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience working with developers, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards for digital performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, mobile app development, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Experience with UX/UI design principles.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
