Position Summary:

We are seeking a litigation attorney with over 4+ years of extensive experience in complex litigation. Experience in probate litigation is a plus. Lateral candidates will also be considered.


Requirements for the Role:

  • Case Management: Proven ability to manage cases from initial engagement through to successful completion, ensuring effective and efficient outcomes.
  • Client-Facing Expertise: Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships through strong communication and professional interactions.
  • Project & Case Management: Demonstrated proficiency in managing case-related projects, deadlines, and coordinating resources to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Pleadings & Court Filings: Experience in preparing and finalizing pleadings in compliance with state and federal rules for accurate and timely court filings.
  • Discovery & Disclosure: Oversight of written discovery, including editing subpoenas and disclosure statements to ensure thoroughness and clarity.
  • File & Case Organization: Strong file management skills, with the ability to supervise and maintain organized case documentation.
  • Legal Research & Writing: Proficient in conducting comprehensive legal research and producing high-quality, persuasive legal writing.
  • Depositions: Experienced in all aspects of depositions, including preparation, taking, witness preparation, and defense.
  • Settlement & Mediation: Skilled in negotiating settlements, handling mediation, and representing clients in settlement conferences.
  • Trial Preparation & Litigation: Capable of managing all aspects of trial, from preparation to execution, ensuring thorough representation and advocacy.


Vital to the role are:

  • Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Maintaining an active and good-standing license to practice law.
  • A minimum of 4 years of complex litigation experience with an Arizona license.
  • Ethical judgment, integrity, and client confidentiality.
