Role Description:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive S4 HANA program plans for successful execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, ensuring effective communication of program status and risks.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for support.
  • Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present program reports, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure accessibility for future reference.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Trello.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with high-tech industry trends and technologies.
