Immigration Attorney

Job Summary:

As a Review Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing application packets for Humanitarian and family-based petitions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of quality service possible.

Duties:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration issues

- Review and analyze case packets to send to USCIS

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law in the United States

- 3 years of Immigration experience

- Strong knowledge of T visas

- Excellent research and analytical skills

- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
