Join the Events and Experiences team as a Brand Engagement Coordinator Working from the our Technology Center, you will support the our Gallery and Executive Briefing team by leading onsite tours and providing administrative support for the tour and ambassador programs.


The tour program is an exclusive experience for customers and partners to learn about our Design and Make Platform, through innovative works by our customers, research, and resident teams. Our tour ambassador program consists of passionate employees who inspire others to create a better world using our Design and Make software.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer-oriented
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on high-quality results and best practice sharing
  • Proactively recognizes needs, anticipates issues, and solves problems
  • Strong organizational skills with an adaptable approach to work
  • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with collaboration technology (i.e. Teams, Slack and Zoom)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Is skilled at building and cultivating community
  • Prior experience in conducting tours or trainings
  • Proven-track record of fostering a sense of belonging on and between teams
  • Experience in team coordination, program management and/or event planning
  • Ability to speak to different groups with different levels of understand on a topic
  • Experience working in hospitality, retail or giving product demonstrations
  • At least 3 years public speaking experience
