Vaco Staffing is hiring for a Loan Servicing Assistant for a client in Pewaukee, WI. This is a long-term contract role. It will be full-time Monday- Friday.

As the Loan Servicing Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing loan files for completion and accuracy
  • Shipping loan docs to investors as requested
  • Processing mail
  • Scanning files
  • Data entry
  • Additional projects as needed
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of one year of office support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and function effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Experience with the mortgage industry is a plus.
