Rosca Scarlato LLC, a law firm, with offices in Beachwood, OH and Philadelphia metro area, is seeking a full-time paralegal for its fast-paced securities, commercial and ERISA arbitration and class action litigation practice. The paralegal will work closely with the firm's attorneys and interact with clients, and must have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and timely deliver on projects. Duties will include communicating with clients, handling discovery-related matters, answering calls, calendaring various procedural deadlines, document processing and organizing in our document management system, updating spreadsheets, preparing reports, and other duties as assigned. The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in a litigation firm is required; experience with arbitrations is a plus.


This job requires in-person presence (with flexibility) in the firm's Beachwood, OH office at least two-three days a week, and also as-needed for various projects. Please submit your resume with at least one professional reference and salary expectations.
