Architectural Designer

Acara Solutions is seeking an Architectural Designer for a real estate development company located in Williamsville NY

✔️ Salary up to $70k/year DOE

✔️ 100% onsite

As an integral part of a dynamic team, you will report directly to the Director of Design and work collaboratively with a Senior Design Drafter and two talented Architects. Our clients commercial projects span both renovation (90%) and new construction designs (10%), offering a well-rounded experience that is unique to our clients in-house environment.

Comprehensive Project Involvement: Engage hands-on from the concept phase through to post-occupancy, gaining full-spectrum project experience.

Close Collaboration: Work closely with facility managers and construction managers, ensuring seamless project execution and strong professional relationships.

Creative Input: Participate actively in predesign and development idea meetings, where your innovative ideas will help shape the future of projects.

Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives, leveraging your design expertise to enhance outreach and brand presence.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, Architecture
• Minimum 2 years' experience working for an Architectural or Engineering firm
• Minimum 2 years' experience with programs including Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD Architecture & REVIT

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Interior design experience preferred
• Drafting experience preferred
