Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Professional Counselor at True Mission Services located in Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves providing counseling services to clients, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical records. Sessions can be offered in person or remotely based off the client's needs.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
  • State licensure as a Professional Counselor and adherence to ethical guidelines
  • Experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
