About the Role: Our client is looking for a Commercial Sourcing Advisor to support our Routine Maintenance, Turnarounds, Tank Maintenance, and Materials Management Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contracting Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring optimal service and commercial terms.
  • Sourcing and Negotiations: Lead the development of regional/local sourcing strategies, manage bid packages, and negotiate terms and conditions for service and supply agreements.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct benchmark studies, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Serve as an advisor to ensure contract compliance and minimize risks, acting as a liaison between legal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication across various operational functions and serve as the first point of contact for supply chain support.
  • Value Creation: Identify opportunities for cost savings, risk reduction, and value creation. Develop and execute strategic sourcing projects.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, track performance metrics, and resolve issues related to supplier performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize supply chain tools and systems to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP, ISNetworld, TRACK, ITS Tableau, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ARIBA.
