Trihydro Corporation, a prominent environmental consulting and engineering firm, is seeking a skilled content writer to contribute to our dynamic team. As a consulting firm involved in diverse sectors and service lines, we have compelling narratives to share about our engineering and environmental solutions and their impact on communities and the natural world. We are searching for an individual who can adeptly craft and communicate our stories and informative content to reach the right audiences at the right time, delivering the intended message effectively.

Reporting to the marketing director, the candidate will be instrumental in creating engaging content for Trihydro's digital channels, including the website, paid media, social media, and email. Additionally, the position involves supporting internal communications through various channels within the organization. The candidate will also play a vital role in proposal development, managing the entire process from strategy and writing to coordination and documentation.

Working collaboratively within the marketing team and alongside subject matter experts, the content writer will be responsible for producing content that aligns with the company's brand awareness goals and supports strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in writing and a passion for serving as a content generalist. Crafting high-quality, informative content for technical audiences will involve leveraging the expertise and insights of our subject matter experts. Essential skills include experience in influencing without direct authority, conducting interviews, and managing cross-functional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute compelling content to align with the company’s mission and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze content performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting content plans accordingly.
• Serve as the primary copywriter for marketing-related content, ranging from long-form technical articles to short-form content like social media captions.
• Lead proposal development teams across the company’s geographic locations and market/service areas, managing schedules and deadlines, and developing content strategy, writing, and editing proposals and proposal-related documentation.
• Collaborate across all business lines to understand audience needs, generate valuable content ideas, and extract insights from subject matter experts.
• Assist with corporate communications and internal communications.

About You

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including project management and copywriting
• Deeply interested in content’s role in supporting audiences’ needs, with an understanding of content trends and experience with various content formats (e.g., video, articles, etc.)
• A curious thinker who enjoys working with others to uncover stories worth sharing
• Adamant about quality across the entire content ecosystem, from high-level storyboarding down to in-line editing
• Experience with various marketing tools
