Parallel Employment is currently seeking a skilled and energetic Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. You will also provide administrative support ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, occasional Saturdays when needed.

$18-$20/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
  • Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in all tasks
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
