Title: Finance Business Analyst - Order to Cash

Department: Finance

Job Summary: The Finance Business Analyst - Order to Cash will work with the user community to review, analyze, and define business requirements for the Order to Cash process. This includes documenting requirements, designing, configuring, and implementing capabilities to support business initiatives for SAP and other finance related processes and applications. The analyst will translate end-user business requirements into design, configuration, documentation, and testing of SAP and other finance related application solutions across multiple functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • with the user community to review, analyze, and define business requirements for the Order to Cash process
  • requirements, design, configure, and implement capabilities to support business initiatives for SAP and other finance related processes and applications
  • end-user business requirements into design, configuration, documentation, and testing of SAP and other finance related application solutions across multiple functional groups
  • best practice business processes to ensure compliance with internal processes
  • risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions
  • problem-solving and decision-making to resolve SAP systems issues
  • concurrent work assignments across applications and diverse user groups
  • requirements, configuration, and system support materials, including process workflows, functional and technical specifications, and training materials
  • and develop internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes
  • the software lifecycle of SAP enterprise software applications, such as implementation, configuration, post go-live support, and training
  • closely with the SAP Security team to define roles and ensure proper authorizations and access are provided to business users
  • internal support for the evaluation of proposed functionality in existing and proposed applications

Qualifications:

  • degree in finance, business, computer science, information technology, information systems security, or a related field
  • of 5 years experience, which must include:
  • entry, pricing, delivery creation, customer billing, and invoice output.
  • management, including gathering, analyzing, and tracking requirements and quality assurance
  • with medium and large-scale project and program management, which includes designing OTC systems
  • and delivering against business requirements to meet project goals
  • S/4HANA Cloud experience is preferred
