Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Supervisor at Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, CA. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, food service operations, and ensuring culinary excellence on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory skills and experience in managing kitchen staff
  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
  • Culinary skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting is a plus
