This position is a tremendous opportunity to advise premier private equity clients with the organization of some of the world’s largest, most complex and sophisticated funds.


The role will require the ability to work some overtime (approximately 5-10 hours a week), and the firm operates in a hybrid structure (3 days onsite in NYC and 2 days remote).


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and update finance documents (credit agreements, exhibits, resolutions, indentures, leases, closing certificate and ancillary documents)
  • Identify and communicate potential issues to senior attorneys for resolution
  • Create and perform due diligence review of documents and lien searches
  • Prepare and file various regulatory and UCC forms
  • Manage aircraft and funds finance closings
  • Effectively communicate with clients, partners, associates, staff, FAA Counsel and vendors


Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active NY Bar
  • Two years of previous work experience in a corporate law environment
  • Excellent academic credentials
