Job Description

Elastic Pictures is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Producer to join our team. The Studio Producer will be responsible for overseeing animation and post production processes from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-production and animation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a creative team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the post and animation pipeline, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, artists and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. 
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet expected targets. 
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the studio’s quality standards and client specifications. 
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks pertaining to processes. 
  • Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tool, techniques and technologies. 


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Studio Producer or similar production management role within the post-production or animation industry. 3-5 Years preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of post-production and animation pipelines, including 2D/3D Animation, VFX, Editing & Color Grading
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools 
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
