Digital Artist/Designer

Philadelphia/Mainline Area (hybrid -Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday)
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Artist/Designer with a passion for innovation to join our dynamic team. We have several exciting projects in the pipeline that range from eXtended Reality (VR/AR/MR) and WebAR experiences, to eLearning modules, games (Roblox), and simulations. These projects are primarily focused on serving clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotech, DOD, and STEMM education industries. This role offers the opportunity to craft visually compelling user interfaces, motion graphics, video elements, and eLearning design solutions that resonate with our audience. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of artistic excellence, technical expertise, and a curiosity-driven approach to exploring new ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces with an emphasis on visual appeal, usability, and brand consistency.
- Produce a variety of design deliverables including wireframes, style frames, storyboards, and final compositions.
- Work closely with the development team to implement design concepts and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
- Continuously research and apply the latest design trends and technologies to create engaging and innovative design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital arts or a related field.
- 3-5 years or more of professional experience in graphic design/digital arts/interactive design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design solutions.
- Exceptional visual design skills with an expert understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier) is essential.
- Experience in designing user interfaces and developing color schemes that enhance composition and user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to produce design process deliverables, such as wireframes, style frames, and storyboards.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Unity (XR/VR), video editing, and AI imaging tools is beneficial, but not required.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A curiosity and passion for creating new and rich user experiences, with a love for innovation.
