Position Summary
We are searching for a Senior Graphic Designer who is a team player, innovative, and skilled in various areas. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in visual design, and UI/UX, and be enthusiastic about working alongside other designers. This candidate should have the ability to think beyond the design process and understand how customer experience, business goals, and visual design combine to form a comprehensive brand. In this role, you will be responsible for being the lead designer on significant projects and will be expected to complete them with minimal supervision.
As a Senior Designer, you will lead and participate in creating content for various media including print, digital, social, video, presentations, sales and marketing materials, and more. You should be able to manage multiple deadlines and excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You must be a strong critical thinker, have quick problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to evolving projects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide input and assist in the completion of UI/UX projects as we aim to deliver the best user experience to real estate professionals who use our website.

What you'll do:
- Develop compelling concepts, visual designs, and prototypes for various project types.
- Execute layouts, typography, iconography, color theory, and compositions with artistry and creativity.
- Collaborate with the creative team and other departments to convert design objectives into creative solutions.
- Take part in the creative process from the initial idea to the preparation of final files based on supplied specifications for all types of outlets including web applications, paid media, social media, digital, and print.
- Present designs and projects internally clearly and professionally during review and reveal meetings.
- Balance management needs, industry insights, and quantitative metrics to drive and influence design decisions.
- Work closely with the creative manager and account directors to cultivate creative thinking and solutions.
- Help formulate an internal visual design strategy to ensure excellence in design.
- Maintain, oversee, and enhance our brand and design guidelines.
- Establish and follow mutually agreed-upon timelines for the delivery of graphics and assets.
- Maintain communication with the creative manager and other team members to ensure the project's success.
- Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to other designers to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Be skilled as a supportive, communicative teammate, at ease giving and taking constructive criticism.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a combination of visual design and UX.
- A portfolio showcasing a foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, UI design, and motion.
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD.
- A deep understanding of layout, color theory, composition, typography, graphic design, responsiveness, and form optimizations for both web and mobile.
- Excitement for being creative, designing, and the arts, and applying it to our industry.
- Experience with HTML and coding is a plus.
- Minimal copywriting skills are a plus.
