About:

A Vault 20 law firm is currently looking to onboard a Capital Market’s Associate to join their widely recognised Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice in Boston. This group, with more than 125 lawyers, structures and executes complex, market-leading financial transactions for clients across today’s major industries and in countries and regions around the world. They are a leader in representing sovereign issuers and other market participants in sovereign bond offerings which is recognised by Bloomberg, The Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, among other league tables and industry sources.



Experience:

Desired candidates must have;

  • Experience representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
  • Large law firm experience is required.
  • Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Be in good standing and an active member of the Massachusetts bar.
  • Permanent capital and M&A experience is helpful.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
