Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Office Manager at Carson Dental in Carson, CA. The role involves managing treatment planning, coordinating insurance processes, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication with patients and the dental team, and ensuring high-quality dental care delivery. Maintains appropriate A/R ratio and A/R breakdown according to the Annual Plan goals for the practice. Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally. Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.


Qualifications

  • Treatment Planning and Dental Care expertise
  • Insurance coordination skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to office management
  • Experience in dental office administration or related field
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in dental software and technology
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must.
  • Certification or training in office management is a plus
