- Maintain strong relationships with physicians and payers, coordinate clinical programs.
- Ensure clinic profitability by analyzing financial metrics and addressing underperformance.
- Supervise and hold Aide staff accountable for customer service and patient scheduling.
- Ensure clinical staff delivers high-quality care and provide development opportunities.
- Efficiently manage caseloads and staffing levels.
- Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage PTO requests, payroll, and ensure clinic cleanliness.
- Participate in and contribute to bi-weekly meetings and cost management.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations and patient care standards.
- Maintain current employee files and certifications.
- Participate in Patient Care Committee meetings and staff education.
- Ensure Medicare Rehab Agency compliance and participate in quality improvement programs.
- Conduct required annual trainings and maintain safety standards.
Treatment
- Adhere to state Practice Act for PT or OT services.
- Evaluate, treat, and document patient care, ensuring medical necessity and goal progress.
- Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders and complete necessary continuing education.
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as a role model and resource for peers.
- Maintain state licensure and CPR certification.
- Assist in clinic maintenance and customer service tasks.
- Stay updated on healthcare field changes and practice issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Effective communication for report writing and information presentation.
- Exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Windows-based operating systems (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Ability to work as a team member and lead assistants and aides.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, bend, stand, and reach throughout the workday.
- Visual acuity for record-keeping and understanding directions.

Required Credentials
- Graduation from an accredited physical or occupational therapy program.
- State licensure or registration where applicable.
