  • Maintain strong relationships with physicians and payers, coordinate clinical programs.

  • Supervise and hold Aide staff accountable for customer service and patient scheduling.
  • Ensure clinical staff delivers high-quality care and provide development opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage caseloads and staffing levels.
  • Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage PTO requests, payroll, and ensure clinic cleanliness.
  • Participate in and contribute to bi-weekly meetings and cost management.


Compliance


  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations and patient care standards.
  • Maintain current employee files and certifications.
  • Participate in Patient Care Committee meetings and staff education.
  • Ensure Medicare Rehab Agency compliance and participate in quality improvement programs.
  • Conduct required annual trainings and maintain safety standards.


Treatment


  • Adhere to state Practice Act for PT or OT services.
  • Evaluate, treat, and document patient care, ensuring medical necessity and goal progress.
  • Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders and complete necessary continuing education.


Additional Responsibilities



  • Act as a role model and resource for peers.
  • Maintain state licensure and CPR certification.
  • Assist in clinic maintenance and customer service tasks.

Required Credentials
