Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled data Scientist with a strong background in data science and machine learning. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and PySpark, capable of building end-to-end models independently, and have a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models using Python and PySpark.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science Center of Excellence (COE) to leverage best practices and advanced methodologies.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate models and improve their performance.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data science and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a Data Science COE.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
