Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage all financial aspects of the fund, ensuring accurate investor reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate with external administrators to produce financial statements and NAV packages accurately and on schedule.
  • Audit and Compliance: Oversee annual audit processes, maintain compliance with tax laws, and ensure adherence to fund agreements and legal documents.
  • Operational Support: Support accounting functions, maintain internal controls, and assist in automating and improving financial processes.
  • Investor Communication: Handle inquiries and provide detailed responses to investors, maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Financial Analysis: Manage capital allocations, distributions, fee calculations, and monthly financial accruals.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance efforts, adapting to changing priorities.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in fund administration or hedge fund accounting.
  • Knowledge of tax processes and fund accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferable.
