Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson interested in developing home exteriors to the next level. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as following up on leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships. A portion of this position will be presale, lead monitoring oversight and improving lead conversion through implementation of best practices. This role is located in Parkville, MD and allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
• Experience with home exterior product sales including doors, windows, siding, decking, gutters, additions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Compensation

There is a base pay dependent upon background. Profit sharing potential.
