Our global entertainment client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of their creative distribution teams for a 9 month contract opportunity. This particular team oversees the development of creative marketing assets for a theatrical in-home release genre. Must be local to Burbank, CA. Training is onsite with the role having remote flexibility.


  • Rate: $32/hr


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the organization of the Graphics department, including overseeing incoming requests and balancing workload.
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Title designers and designers to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maintain composure and positivity in challenging situations, approaching obstacles with a proactive attitude.
  • Work alongside producers and editorial staff to prioritize motion graphics projects and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Track project elements and status to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients.
  • Assist in maintaining organized project folders and assets, and contribute ideas for improving organization and communication.
  • Handle incoming requests, coordinate designers' schedules, and manage file exchanges on appropriate network channels.
  • Maintain a daily record of projects and assigned designers, and collaborate with team leaders to assign tasks.
  • Act as a liaison with all teams, delegate tasks as necessary, and assist in post-production finishing.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in prioritizing tasks and multitasking effectively.
  • Minimum 1 year of Motion Graphics experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, and other Project Management software.
  • General understanding of post-production workflows, particularly in Entertainment Marketing.
  • Passion for graphic design and motion graphics, with a commitment to continuous learning.
