We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Investment Banking Team located in Washington, DC.


The successful candidate will support senior bankers and will work on multiple projects and transactions at any given time. Analysts are exposed to all aspects of sourcing and executing transactions within a fast-growing investment banking practice. Specific responsibilities include preparing financial models, researching, and analyzing datapoints, and preparing detailed presentations for corporate clients.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed financial analysis around existing banking clients and comparable peers
  • Create corporate presentations to assist in securing banking transactions
  • Build financial statements and valuation models for capital market transactions
  • Coordinate working groups, roadshows, and other marketing events
  • Perform due diligence, research, and document capital market transactions


Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, preferably with a concentration in finance or mathematics
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis with a proven proficiency with PowerPoint & Excel products
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience analyzing financial statements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or 79 licenses


The ideal candidate will quickly integrate and become a meaningful contributor to the team.

Candidate must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. This role does not offer sponsorship for work visas.
