Qualifications

  • Ability to operate and maintain various meat-cutting equipment, such as knives, saws, and grinders
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
