Prototyping and Testing:

Develop prototypes, conduct rigorous testing, and evaluate performance against specifications (efficiency, thermal performance, noise, reliability, etc.). Lead the debugging and troubleshooting of power supply systems.

Optimization:

Focus on efficiency improvements, size reductions, and performance enhancements for power systems. Continuously evaluate and integrate new components and technologies to enhance system performance.

Modeling and Simulation:

Use modeling tools (such as SPICE, MATLAB, or equivalent) for simulation and analysis of power supply circuits and systems to predict performance and optimize design.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure that all power supply designs meet industry standards, including safety certifications (UL, IEC, etc.) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulations.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and systems engineers to ensure the power systems meet the overall system requirements. Provide detailed documentation, including specifications, test plans, and design reports.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide technical support for production teams, assist with debugging issues, and address any performance or reliability concerns during development and post-production phases.

Innovation and Research:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge materials to incorporate new advancements into future power system designs.

Qualifications:
