Our client, a leading real estate development and property management firm, is looking for a skilled Photography Manager with specialized experience in architectural and real estate photography, as well as proficiency in drone photography and videography. The Photography Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our photography projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of composition and lighting, and a passion for capturing the beauty and essence of architectural spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand photography needs and requirements for each property or project.
  • Plan and schedule photo shoots, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Conduct on-site photography sessions, capturing high-quality images of interior and exterior spaces, architectural details, and amenities.
  • Utilize drone photography and videography to capture aerial views and footage of properties and surrounding areas.
  • Manage post-production processes, including editing, retouching, and color correction, to enhance and optimize images.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring easy access to photos and videos for internal and external use.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in photography, drone technology, and real estate marketing.
  • Provide guidance and support to in-house and freelance photographers, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in architectural and real estate photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in operating professional-grade DSLR cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
  • Experience with drone photography and videography, including knowledge of drone operation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Advanced skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative vision and attention to detail, with a passion for capturing and showcasing the unique features of architectural spaces.
