Registered Dietitian


The ideal Registered Dietitian will have experience supporting individuals from various backgrounds with varying conditioning levels and fitness needs. They should have experience successfully driving outcomes related to weight management and physical performance. Experience in workplace wellness (corporate setting, military, or other ) and the ability to develop and maintain strategic, organization-wide program initiatives is strongly preferred.


This team member will be eager to contribute to the mission of SiteWell Solutions, can independently problem solve, and possess a solutions-oriented outlook. The ideal candidate should be comfortable delivering services in person and digitally. The ability to work occasional weekends and have a flexible schedule to support the wellness needs of shift workers is necessary. Flex time is permitted to support not exceeding a 40-hour work week.


Educational Background and Qualifications


  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed Registered Dietitian in the state of New Hampshire


Job Duties


  • Communicate to large and small groups in both a military and civilian environment
  • Work with individuals to support their nutrition needs, develop comprehensive dietary plans, establish routine follow-ups to support their continued success.
  • Support outreach events, which may be held on weekends
  • Perform InBody body composition screenings along with educational consults and program plans based on results
  • Work collaboratively with Strength and Conditioning Coaches and other subject matter experts to provide a holistic health model
  • Meet all reporting requirements for program metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop relationships with community partners to facilitate comprehensive wellness solutions across the state of New Hampshire


Job Types:

  • Full-time
  • 1099 Contract


Pay: Starting salary $70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed


Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Throughout NH for site visits
