Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA certification or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax accounting or related field
  • Ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
