Responsibilities

  • Meet with Partner agents
  • Meet with potential customers to evaluate their financial background and goals
  • Recommend mortgage programs that align with the customers' needs
  • Assist to collect mortgage documents as needed
  • High level of communication throughout the process, providing updates and resolving questions


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make sound mortgage recommendations based on research, personal expertise and the customer's background
  • Ability to work collaboratively with loan processors, underwriters and closers
  • Ability to handle sensitive and or confidential information professionally and discreetly
