We're seeking a dynamic leader to guide our electronics design team in the development of aircraft electronics equipment, from concept to certification and production. Join us to drive technical excellence, mentorship, and innovation in electronics design.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the electronics design team and suppliers.
  • Define electronics architecture and ensure compliance with certification regulations.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams, customers, and program management.
  • Perform circuit design, analysis, integration, and debugging.
  • Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Conduct design & cost tradeoff studies and direct product improvement initiatives.
  • Write procurement specifications and liaise with vendors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical/electronic engineering and design.
  • U.S. person per ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without corporate sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Technical Degree.
  • Experience with fuel systems, fuel gauging, low power electronics, and/or capacitance measurement.
  • Project management experience.
  • FAA certification experience.
