Join Ingenics Logistics Yard Coordinator at our customer site in Vance, Alabama. This role requires quick problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with the logistics teams, ensuring seamless operations from the factory to delivery centers. If you're driven, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to help shape the cutting-edge distribution network.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with logistics yard team and dispatch, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive understanding of yard processes and dispatch systems.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Manage lane flow efficiently, utilizing provided tools to facilitate vehicle movement as required.
  • Conduct yard inventories as necessary, maintaining accurate tracking of all vehicles.
  • Foster strong performance with logistics partners and internal teams.
  • Generate statistical or detailed reports for stakeholders and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide assistance to the yard team in vehicle movement as needed.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Yard Management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other database systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale plans and adapt to sudden changes.
