We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Wilmington area and be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive our field operations. Supervisory Responsibilities

• Oversee field management personnel.

Essential Job Functions

•Managing construction project execution from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising.

•Ensuring projects move forward on schedule and on-budget while overcoming any challenges.

•Evaluating and enforcing safety standards on site and securing compliance.

•Formulating strategy, improving performance, and procuring labor resources for their sector.

•Communicating with clients and other stakeholders.

•Develop and implement strategies for achieving operational targets within established budgets.

•Monitor company personnel to ensure they perform their duties in a timely and effective manner.

•Build and establish great coworker relationships by assisting field personnel in avoiding obstacles associated with operational policies and procedures.

•Assist in the development and the management of the operations budget.

•Continuously monitor customer satisfaction level to make sure company operations meet client expectations.

•Plan and organize training programs for company staff to enhance their job knowledge and skill.

•Overseeing administrative tasks, such as promotions, salary negotiation, and transfer of direct reports.

•Develop and implement policies for maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.

•Address and resolve all issues concerning field office operations.

•Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving company profits.

•Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.

•Motivate and reward high performing employees by recommending salary increase, bonuses or promotions.

•Identify and introduce new proposals and technology to enhance business productivity.

•Collaborate with functional units of an organization to integrate new or existing services.

•Manage services provided by the company to ensure they meet client expectations and requirements.

•Build and maintain positive trust relationships with customers to minimize clientele attrition.

•Create work shifts and assign duties to company staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations.

•Create and oversee the implementation of field tools to enhance operational effectiveness.

•Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Experience And Training

•Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

•Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized production team.

•Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.

•Motivated and works well with others.

•Strong leadership skills.

•Willingness to embrace change in a growing company.

• Problem-solving Skill: Strategic solutions to effectively address operational issues.

• Interpersonal Skill: Ability to work with company departmental heads and field agents to ensure smooth work operations.

Working Environment And Conditions

•This position requires working in an office and field environment.

•Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
